Promoting Operational Safety in the Industry | Hyster E50XN - Designated Forklift for Hactl's International Forklift and Pallet Competition

On January 12, 2025, Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) held the 14th International Forklift and Pallet Competition at its Super Terminal 1. The event attracted ten international airlines, with over 300 guests in attendance.

Hosted by Hactl and co-organized by the Hong Kong Airport Authority, the competition aims to encourage the industry to adopt best safety practices in forklift operations and pallet handling. Similar to previous events, this year's competition tested participants' operational skills and techniques, requiring operators to accurately navigate complex routes within designated areas. Additionally, teams in the pallet competition had one hour to stack the maximum amount of cargo on a specified pallet, adhering to International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards and other industry best practices.

The competition utilized the trusted Hyster E50XN model, known for its all-AC motor and CANBUS technology, making it one of Hyster's most reliable electric forklifts.
